Maria Lino Explores Cuban Heritage in Migrating Clotheslines..- An image of her grandmother hanging up clothes to dry inspired Cuban artist Maria Lino’s recent exhibition Migrating Clotheslines. The multidisciplinary showcase was on view at Broward College’s Rosemary Duffy Larson Gallery this past fall. Even more recently, two other art students of Florida International University’s Master’s in Fine Art’s program brought it to life. Lino and her classmates, which includes Angel Clyman, graduated from the program in 2008.
